In this iconic setting—with its leopard-print benches and burnt-wood accents—Chef Annie Kwan serves Japanese dishes with her own spin, from Bluefin tuna crudos and spicy gyoza to foie gras fried rice and lobster noodles with black pepper sauce.

Quebec-born Chef Annie Kwan is a talented chef trained in French cuisine, but specialised in Japanese and other Asian cuisines for the past 10 years. She sources produce such as blue fin tuna directly from Japan to create an exceptionally flavourful menu. Annie previously worked in kitchens at Blossom and Jatoba, two of Montreal's most famous Japanese restaurants.
