Hambar restaurant

Tickle your taste buds at Hambar restaurant

Hambar is the St Paul Hotel’s brand new restaurant (opened April 2012), already renowned for its cool design style and hip scene: the ambiance feels like Soho loft merged with Barcelona flare. Relish an extensive menu of ‘cuisine du marché’ dishes, showcasing ‘charcuteries’, a gastronomic ham tasting experience, as well as an impressive wine list curated by renowned sommelier Philippe Poitras and presenting some of the rarest vintage wines.

Chic yet unpretentious, and already famous in Montreal for its ‘Charcuterie plate’, Hambar restaurant is ideal for business lunches, happy hours or casual dining, plus in-room service for our guests. On the weekends, enjoy the delicious brunch, served from 11.00 AM to 15.00 PM.
