St Paul Hotel Montreal is the First Design Hotel in Montreal and Canada

The beautiful historical building where our hotel is housed was converted into an Old Montreal boutique hotel and has since been identified as a Muscular Beaux Arts building.
With a distinctly ethereal feel, the soft monochromatic design palette of our downtown Montreal hotel creates an ambient, serene atmosphere that our guests love. Fire, ice, earth and sky have been abstracted as a design concept within our beautiful Montreal hotel, distilling Canada’s most basic natural features. The Hotel St. Paul’s floors alternate between two different landscapes; while earth rooms are solid, grounded and more tactile in their colours, materials and furnishings, the sky rooms are atmospheric spaces focusing on light and air.
Furnishings in every room and suite in our Montreal hotel combine unique treasures with customized pieces, incorporating dignified materials such as silk, stone, and raw metal. Each room’s large windows offer guests a distinctive view of Downtown Montreal and Old Montreal whether it is the metropolitan city skyline, the liveliness of the Old Port or a timeless architectural piece.
